Haley Macdonald

Haley MacDonald is an experienced professional with a strong background in customer experience, operations, and research. Since May 2010, Haley has held multiple leadership roles at Imagine Canada, including Director of Experience & Change and Director of Customer Experience & Operations, demonstrating expertise in product research and development as well as data management. Prior to this, Haley worked as a Graduate Research Assistant at the University of Alberta's Physical Activity and Population Health Research Lab, and as a Client Service Representative with the Ontario Ministry of Health and Long-Term Care. Haley holds a Bachelor of Science in Human Kinetics from St. Francis Xavier University and a Master of Science in Public Health with a focus on Health Promotion Studies from the University of Alberta.
