Jesus Francisco Mata attended UCAB - Universidad Católica Andrés Bello from 1984 to 1989, where they obtained a Juris Doctor degree in Law. In 1990 and 1991, they pursued Business Management for Attorneys at IESA. Following that, from 1992 to 1994, Jesus Francisco Mata took several advanced courses at Motorola University in the field of Business, Management, Marketing, and Related Support Services. In 2017, they also obtained a certification in Hybrid Cloud Foundations from IBM.
