Lou Mastrocola

Lou Mastrocola has over 30 years of work experience in various roles and industries. Lou started their career as an RF Engineer at the Naval Air Development Center in 1987. Lou then worked as a Sr Director Engineering at Checkpoint Systems from 1990 to 1995. After that, they joined Schlumberger as a Product Manager POS from 1995 to 1997. Lou then moved to Motorola where they served as a Sr Director Marketing from 1997 to 2003. Following their time at Motorola, Lou joined RGB Networks as the Vice President of Global Sales from 2003 to 2015. Currently, they hold the role of VP Sales at Imagine Communications since 2015.

Lou Mastrocola received their Bachelor's Degree in Electrical, Electronics and Communications Engineering from Drexel University, which they attended from 1982 to 1987. Later, they pursued a Master of Business Administration (M.B.A.) in Finance and Financial Management Services at Saint Joseph's University from 1990 to 1995.
