Jasmine Deal has a diverse range of work experience in the education and childcare field. Jasmine began their career in 2012 as a Part-Time teacher at Rainbow Chldcare and Pre K-4 Center, where they were responsible for organizing activities, monitoring attendance, and maintaining the cleanliness of the classroom. In 2013, they worked as a Youth Development Specialist at the YMCA of Greater New York and as a One to one/assistant teacher at YAI. Jasmine then joined CAMBA as a Youth Services Coordinator before moving on to Preschool of America as a Head Teacher. In 2016, they became a Behavioral Therapist at A & J BEHAVIORAL HEALTH, and in 2017, they joined Jackson Developmental Center as a Head Teacher, where they provided specialized support to students with learning disabilities. Since 2018, Jasmine has been working as a Behavioral Therapist at Proud Moments. Most recently, they have become a Head Teacher at Imagine Early Learning Centers - An Employee Owned Company (ESOP) in 2021.

Jasmine Deal completed their Bachelor's degree in Psychology and Communication Arts from Caldwell University in the years 2009 to 2013. Jasmine then pursued their Master's degree in Special Education at Grand Canyon University from 2017 to 2019.
