What is Floatation Therapy?
Our float rooms are filled with 10 inches of 94 degree water and 1,000 pounds of Epsom salt. You float effortlessly in a room in which you can control the light and music (on or off, up to you).

Floatation Therapy relieves back and neck pain, releases endorphins, enhances creativity and problem solving, improves sleep rhythms, and can assist with PTSD, ADHD, stress, depression and anxiety.

What is Whole Body Cryotherapy (WBC)?
WBC stimulates the body using extreme cold from dry, vaporized nitrogen. WBC lowers the skin temperature, triggers the nervous system and enhances muscle recovery, reduces inflammation, boosts mood and energy as well as can increase fat and calorie burning.

What is an infrared sauna?
An infrared sauna uses dry, constant and gentle heat to raise your core temperature. It blends three infrared wavelengths, near, mid and far to help address tension, detoxify the body and lower blood pressure. 

Infrared Sauna therapy relieves minor aches and pains related to chronic conditions, stimulates collagen production, heals wounds faster and increases your immune system.

What is compression therapy? 
Compression boots gently cycle from the feet up to your thighs removing inflammation and waste product while promoting healthy blood flow. 

Compression Therapy improves range of motion and enhances recovery and pain relief.
