Edward Spriggins

Edward Spriggins has worked in a variety of roles since 1985. Edward began their career at AT&T as a MTS - Resource Link, where they wrote and performed call accounting and billing system tests using Orthogonal Matrix Methodology, performed on-site demonstrations and customer acceptance tests, and designed and coded an archive library which served as an interface to ISO OSI protocol. Edward then moved to Lucent in 1997, where they were a DMTS responsible for co-leading the Lucent Worldwide Services Global Lab Initiative and supporting Lucent's entry into Voice Over IP market. In 2006, they joined Motorola as a Tester, responsible for executing and documenting procedures in areas of transmission, SNMP fault management, security, and general functionality. From 2008 to 2011, they worked at Benedictine University as an Adjunct Professor Moser College. Finally, they joined Farmers Insurance in 2011 as an Insurance Agent and iMagine-it-Tech in 2013 as a Business Development Manager. Edward also held the role of Regional Alumni Chair at NSBE from 1995 to 1997, responsible for providing leadership to Region II chapters from Delaware to South Carolina.

Edward Spriggins received their HS diploma from Southern Lab in 1977. Edward then went on to receive their Master of Science in Computer Science from Southern University and Agricultural and Mechanical College at Baton Rouge in 1985.
