Candace Razo

Candace Razo is an accomplished educational professional with extensive experience in special education and behavioral therapy. Currently serving as an Inside Sales Account Executive at Imagine Learning since July 2023, Candace also owns and directs Education Innovation, focusing on behavior therapy and consultation. Prior roles include Student Success Advisor at IDEA Public Schools for nearly five years, where responsibilities encompassed student and teacher retention, mental health support, and crisis management. Candace has a strong background in early intervention, having worked as a Community Liaison at RiverKids Pediatric Home Health Therapy Agency and as an Early Intervention Specialist at Hays County Homespun ECI Inc. with diverse roles throughout various organizations supporting children with disabilities. Educational qualifications include a Master’s Degree in Special Education from Texas Tech University and a Bachelor’s Degree in Family and Child Development from Texas State University.
