Jessica Hazzard

Jessica Hazzard is a seasoned educational professional with a diverse background in teaching and customer success. Currently serving as a Customer Success Manager at Imagine Learning since November 2021, Jessica has previously held positions such as Literacy Coach for K-2 at Pineloch Elementary with Orange County Public Schools and Elementary School Teacher within the same district from 2011 to 2015. Jessica's career also includes experience as a Kindergarten Teacher for the Polk County School Board and roles in research and development at the University of Central Florida. Additionally, Jessica's managerial experience encompasses a Regional Manager position at The Vantage Group, LLC, overseeing a portfolio of over 350 apartments and serving as Education Manager at Blackberry Farm. Jessica Hazzard holds a Master of Science in Child and Family Studies and a Bachelor of Science in Human Ecology with a focus on Early Childhood Education from the University of Tennessee, Knoxville, along with an Associate of Science in Elementary Education from Cleveland State Community College.
