Max Fons

Max Fons currently serves as the Director of Sales Operations at Imagine Learning, a position held since December 2025. Prior to this role, Max was the first Sales Operations hire at Atrium, where responsibilities included building the RevOps foundation for a growing sales team and partnering with leadership to set revenue goals. Max has extensive experience at Gartner from May 2017 to November 2023, advancing through roles from Sales Operations Analyst to Sales Operations Manager, where key contributions included scaling RevOps practices for a global sales organization and standardizing funnel KPIs. Earlier career experience includes recruitment roles at Compass Research and a licensing associate internship at the University of Central Florida, supporting various aspects of recruitment and technology licensing. Max holds a degree in Biotechnology with a business minor from the University of Central Florida.
