Sara Norman

Sara Norman is a seasoned education professional with extensive experience in product management and instructional leadership. As a Product Manager at Imagine Learning since July 2023, Sara focuses on product strategy and development for a core ELA curriculum. Sara has also served as Education Coordinator for the NWTA Gifted and Talented Summer Program, where responsibilities include coordinating high-level summer programming and securing scholarship funds. Previously, as a Product Manager at Capstone, Sara managed product strategies for digital lines used in numerous elementary schools across the U.S. Sara’s background includes roles as a District Data Specialist and Reading Interventionist at Becker School District, with successes in data analysis, reading intervention implementation, and professional development for educators. Early career roles include instructional coaching and teaching at St. Cloud Area School District 742 and leadership at New Horizon Academy. Sara holds a Master of Education in Educational Leadership and Administration, a Reading Specialist Certificate, and a Bachelor of Science in Early Childhood Education.
