Samuel Bucourt

Samuel Bucourt is a seasoned expert in optical metrology, wavefront sensing, and adaptive optics, currently serving as the Président Directeur Général at Imagine Optic since December 1996. Bucourt holds additional leadership roles as Président at ALPhANOV, a member of the Board of Directors for the European Photonics Industry Consortium, and co-founder, CFO, and Global Sales Director at Imagine Eyes. Past positions include Vice-President and Treasurer at Photonics France and member of the Board at Opticsvalley. Bucourt has also served as President of both PRI Photon Recherche Industrie and AFOP. Following an engineering degree in optics and photonics from the Institut d'Optique Graduate School, Bucourt expanded expertise with an HEC Start-up degree focused on managing and developing high-tech SMEs at HEC Paris.
