Alivia Howell

Alivia Howell is an accomplished IT operations and project management professional with extensive experience in leading teams and managing complex software development projects. Currently serving as the Director of IT Operations and Project Portfolio Manager at Imagine360 since April 2023, Alivia previously held senior roles at Michigan Software Labs, where responsibilities included mentorship, project coaching, and agile project management across multiple high-budget projects. Alivia's experience spans various companies, including roles as a Senior Business Intelligence Analyst/Project Manager at Spectrum Health and a Healthcare Building Automation Solution Architect at Honeywell, demonstrating expertise in analytics, stakeholder communication, and agile methodologies. A graduate of Grand Valley State University with a Bachelor's Degree in Mathematics and Statistics, Alivia is also actively involved in diversity, equity, and inclusion initiatives.
