James Merrill

James Merrill is a seasoned professional in the health and benefits industry with extensive experience in client services and financial management. Currently serving as Vice President of Partner Relations and Director of Client Services at Imagine360 since September 2016, Merrill oversees a team managing relationships with approximately 125 clients, including high-revenue accounts. Prior to this, Merrill held various leadership roles at Health Advocate, directing a department that serviced around 10,000 clients, and at Aetna, where responsibilities included managing large financial operations and leading teams across multiple functions. Merrill holds an MBA from the University of Hartford and a BA in History from Middlebury College.
