Scott Lill has a diverse work experience spanning over three decades. Scott most recently worked at Imagine360 as the Vice President of Sales Operations, where they focused on enhancing the effectiveness and efficiency of the sales team. Prior to that, they held various leadership roles at Transamerica, including Vice President of Marketing and Senior Marketing Director. During their time at Transamerica, they achieved significant revenue growth through innovative marketing strategies and lead generation programs. Before joining Transamerica, Scott worked at Marsh Affinity Group Services as an Assistant Vice President and Marketing Director, where they managed strategic marketing initiatives and multi-channel marketing campaigns for top clients. Scott began their career at Prudential Financial as a Marketing Manager, where they led a team responsible for marketing activities and managed relationships with business partners. Scott has a strong track record of driving revenue growth, enhancing sales operations, and implementing effective marketing strategies.

Scott Lill holds a Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree with a concentration in Marketing, which they obtained from Villanova University. Scott attended Villanova University from 1998 to 2004. Prior to that, they completed their Bachelor of Science (BS) degree in Marketing at Saint Joseph's University, which they attended from 1986 to 1990.
