Steven Duncan

Steven Duncan has over 10 years of work experience in the telecommunications industry, primarily in financial planning and analysis and business planning roles. In their most recent role as Director of Financial Planning and Analysis at Imagine360, they developed and implemented profit models to improve revenue and reduce expenses. Prior to that, they held various positions at Charter Communications, including Manager of Business Planning and Senior Forecasting Analyst, where they supported and led operation leaders, trained and supported analysts, and improved communication and goal realization. Before joining Charter Communications, Steven worked at Cablevision as an Analyst in Business Planning, where they focused on workforce management, data analysis, and report design. Steven began their career at Bresnan Communications as an EWFM Administrator, responsible for staffing and scheduling in a call center environment.

Steven Duncan has a diverse educational background. From 2013 to 2017, they pursued a Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree in Business Intelligence at Baker College Center for Graduate Studies. Prior to that, they completed their Bachelor's degree in Web Development from the same institution, attending from 2009 to 2013. Furthermore, they obtained an Associate of Applied Science (AAS) degree in Computer Information Systems from Montana State University Billings, between 2003 and 2005.
