Doris Rybaltowski has been in the workforce since 2011. Doris began their career at St. Baldrick's Foundation as a Constituent Information Coordinator, then moved up to the role of Constituent Information Manager, where they managed donation processing, constituent services, and data processing. In 2015, they changed roles to become the Website Project Manager. Most recently, in 2020, they joined ImagineCRM as a Customer Success Manager.

Doris Rybaltowski obtained a Certificate Degree in Legal Translation and Interpretation from California State University, Los Angeles between 2015 and 2017. Prior to that, they obtained a BA in Political Science with a focus in International Relations and Affairs from Azusa Pacific University between 2007 and 2010. In 2017, they earned a Scrum Product Owner Certified (SPOC) from the Scrum Alliance.
