Tom Kauffman

Tom Kauffman is an accomplished Managing Director with extensive experience in client relationship management and business development. Currently leading the Northeast business at ImagineX since July 2024, Kauffman focuses on building trusted client partnerships. Prior to this role, Kauffman spent over a decade at Slalom, where responsibilities included developing go-to-market strategies in New York, key account management, and establishing market presence in Westchester and Southern CT. Kauffman's early career includes leadership positions at Accenture, where significant contributions were made in large-scale technology transformations and international projects, including a key operational technology solution for DuPont. Kauffman holds a Bachelor of Arts in Economics from Case Western Reserve University.
