John Sandor

John Sandor has an extensive work experience in various companies. John started their career at Goodrich as an Associate Engineer in 2006, where they worked on product development processes and completed lean practitioner certification. John then became a Business Process Improvement Specialist, leading the development and implementation of a lean product development training course.

In 2011, Sandor joined United Technologies as a Business Process Improvement Manager, where they managed a team responsible for identifying improvement opportunities and implementing operational changes. John also designed and implemented new organizational processes.

Sandor later moved to UTC Aerospace Systems in 2015 as a Global Engineering Integration Manager, responsible for integrating engineering processes globally.

Since 2016, Sandor has been working at Imaging Healthcare Specialists. John started as a Senior Manager Operational Excellence, where they managed scheduling and coordination of diagnostic imaging services. John then became the Director of Operations, Analytics & Revenue Cycle, leading a 60-person organization responsible for day-to-day operations and driving operational improvements. Currently, they hold the position of Vice President Operations.

John Sandor earned a Bachelor's degree in Aerospace, Aeronautical, and Astronautical Engineering from Cal Poly San Luis Obispo between 2000 and 2006. Later, they pursued further education at the University of San Diego, where they obtained a Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree with a focus on Managerial Leadership from 2011 to 2013.
