Rob Frost-Dean has extensive work experience in various roles and industries. Rob is currently the Director of Search Engine Optimization at Imaginuity. Rob started their career as a Senior Product Analyst and Member Help Desk Support Analyst at US Central Federal Credit Union. Rob also worked as a Level 1 Technical Analyst at S1 Corporation and as a Special Services Counselor/Technical Support Assistant at American Express Platinum Travel Service. Additionally, they gained experience in customer service roles as a Head Concierge at The Wakefield, Assistant Head Concierge at Sheraton Colony Square, and Lead Desk Agent at The Grand Hotel.

Rob Frost-Dean completed their high school education at Coronado High School from 1992 to 1994. Following this, they attended Johnson & Wales University from 1994 to 1996, where they obtained an associate's degree in Hotel, Motel, and Restaurant Management. Later, they pursued higher education at Georgia State University and earned a Bachelor of Business Administration - BBA degree in Computer Information Systems from 1996 to 1998.
