Laurie Keating

Laurie Keating has a long and varied career in the legal field. Laurie began their career in 1987 as Group Counsel at Tandem Computers. In 1989, they joined Sybase, Inc. as Senior Vice President, General Counsel and Secretary, where they built a worldwide legal team from the ground up and managed approximately 60 people. In 1997, they moved to Iomega Corporation as Senior Vice President, General Counsel and Secretary. In 1999, they joined Campus Pipeline as Executive Vice President, General Counsel and Interim CEO. In 2002, they co-founded Hydra Biosciences and served as Founding CEO, Executive Vice President and Director. In 2004, they joined Millennium Pharmaceuticals, Inc. as Senior Vice President, General Counsel and Secretary. In 2014, they joined Alnylam Pharmaceuticals as Executive Vice President, Chief Legal Officer and Secretary. In 2021, they joined PepGen as Chair of the Board of Directors and Imago BioSciences, Inc. and Immuneering Corporation as Director, Chair, Nominating and Corporate Governance Committee, Member, Audit Committee.

Laurie Keating received their Juris Doctor (J.D.) from the University of California, Hastings College of the Law (now UC Law San Francisco) in 1979. Prior to that, they earned a Bachelor's Degree in Economics from the University of California, Berkeley in 1975.
