Dr. Dina Gabbori

Dr. Dina Gabbori currently serves as the Head of the Banking and Finance Department at Imam Abdulrahman Bin Faisal University since January 2020, also holding positions as a member of the domestic and international partnerships committee and as an Assistant Professor of Finance. In the latter role, Dr. Gabbori teaches courses including Money and Banking, Bank Management, and Principles of Finance while leading course improvements to enhance student employability. Additionally, Dr. Gabbori established the external advisory committee for the college to foster community partnerships and enhance academic program quality. Prior experience includes serving as an Assistant Lecturer at the University of Plymouth, where workshops on investment management were delivered, and earlier roles at the University of Dammam and Aramco Overseas Company. Dr. Gabbori earned a PhD in Finance and a Master’s degree from the University of Plymouth, along with a Bachelor's degree in Accounting from Imam Abdulrahman Bin Faisal University.
