Clinton Crosier

Clinton (Clint) Crosier serves as General Counsel at iManage since August 2015, with previous roles including Associate General Counsel and Senior Counsel. Prior to iManage, Clint worked at Reed Smith LLP from January 2010 to August 2015 as an Attorney at Law, leading clients in various transactional and corporate matters. Additional experiences include serving as an adjunct faculty member at The John Marshall Law School, where supervision of students in a business enterprise law clinic took place, and participating in secondments at GE Capital, focusing on vendor finance and corporate governance issues. Clint began legal career as a summer associate at Reed Smith LLP and a judicial extern at the Circuit Court of Cook County. Clint holds a Juris Doctorate from the University of Illinois Chicago School of Law and a Bachelor of Science in Sport Marketing & Management from Indiana University Bloomington.
