Gabriela Groom began their work experience in 2018 as a Sales Team Member at Target. Gabriela then transitioned to Starbucks in 2019, where they worked as a Barista until 2022. In 2022, Gabriela joined Enterprise as a Management Trainee Intern and later became a Customer Service Representative. Currently, they are working as a Technical Support Engineer at iManage, starting in 2023.

Gabriela Groom studied at Loyola University Chicago from 2020 to 2023, where they obtained a Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) degree. During their time there, they focused on Information Systems & Analytics and Business Management. Prior to attending Loyola University, Gabriela also pursued a Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) degree at the University of Illinois Chicago from 2019 to 2020. Gabriela'sfield of study was undeclared in Business Administration during their time at the University of Illinois Chicago.
