Natalie Alesi

Natalie Alesi has a diverse work experience spanning various roles and industries. Natalie has worked at iManage since 2017, starting as a Manager in Cloud Services and eventually becoming the Global Senior Director of Customer Success. In these roles, Natalie has been responsible for leading and managing customer success teams, implementing cloud migration solutions, and improving onboarding processes.

In addition to their work at iManage, Natalie is also the Founder of Heart Vibe Global LLC, a company focused on personal and professional development programs centered around living and leading with heart.

Prior to iManage, Natalie held positions at Kraft & Kennedy, Inc. as a Senior Project Manager, where they were involved in legal project management and technology implementations, and at Legalerswelcome as a Cloud and Change Management Technology Consultant.

Natalie Alesi obtained a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Education from Bloomsburg University of Pennsylvania from 1997 to 1999. Natalie later pursued further education at Philadelphia University, where they earned a Master's Degree in Educational/Instructional Technology from an unknown start year to 2006. In addition, they obtained a Master of Science degree in Instructional Design and Technology from the same institution, starting in 2000 and finishing in 2006. Natalie also holds multiple certifications, including being a HeartMath Resilience Advantage Trainer from HeartMath LLC, which they obtained in February 2022. Natalie is a Reiki Master from New Beginnings Holistic Therapies, having completed their training in September 2017. Additionally, they are a Microsoft Certified Professional and holds two other Microsoft Specialist certifications, which were obtained in October 2015.
