Jonathan Williamson

Jonathan Williamson is an experienced leader in global professional services, currently serving as the SVP/Senior Director of Global Professional Services - Customer Success at The Access Group since March 2023. Jonathan oversees a team of over 1,000 professionals, focusing on workforce transformation across various sectors including ERP, construction, healthcare, and hospitality across EMEA, APAC, and the US. Previously, Jonathan worked at Advanced from May 2012 to December 2022, where roles included Group Director of Professional Services, Operations Director, and Divisional Director, achieving significant year-over-year growth and managing substantial P&L responsibilities. Jonathan began a career in professional services at IRIS Software Group, holding various roles including team leader and project manager. Jonathan holds a BSc in Computing with Industry from the University of Leeds.
