Software Integration Specialist at Imanis Life Sciences

Julia Revier has a diverse range of work experience. Julia started their career as a Cashier/Receptionist at Carlson Toyota, where they provided excellent customer service and supported office staff with various tasks. Julia then worked as an Admission Counselor Assistant at Lewis and Clark College, assisting admissions counselors with data entry, mailings, student outreach, and office tasks. Julia was later promoted to a General Admissions Office Assistant and also conducted tours for prospective students.

In 2014, Julia took on the role of a Greenhouse Technician at Dehn's Garden, where they worked for five summers. Julia was responsible for growing produce, performing maintenance on greenhouses and fields, and selling produce at the Farmers' Market.

Continuing their passion for environmental sustainability, Julia interned at Spark-Y, where they maintained and improved a garden-to-cafeteria program. Julia wrote a food safety plan, planned and planted gardens, and received a Sustainability Certificate from the organization as recognition for their work.

In 2018, Julia became a Laboratory Technician II at Pace Analytical, where they analyzed water and soil samples according to EPA standard methods. Julia compiled data findings and reports using laboratory equipment and software. Julia also worked as a Tutor at College Nannies, Sitters + Tutors, assisting students with homework and test/quiz preparation and acting as a mentor and role model.

Most recently, Julia joined Imanis Life Sciences as a Laboratory Operations/Data Analyst. Julia works closely with the Vice President of Operations to manage laboratory and administrative projects. Their responsibilities include managing inventories, analyzing datasets, identifying usage and efficiency trends, and coordinating clinical trial events.

Julia Revier's education history includes a Bachelor's Degree in Environmental Studies and French from Lewis & Clark College, completed from 2013 to 2017. Julia then pursued Data Analytics and Visualization at the University of Minnesota from 2019 to 2020. In addition to their formal education, Julia has obtained several certifications. Julia earned a certification in Data Visualization and Analytics from the University of Minnesota in June 2020. Julia also obtained various certifications related to biomedical research, public health research, lab safety, biosafety, and bloodborne pathogens from the CITI Program between July and August 2021.
