Ada Xu has extensive experience in recruitment and management within the Internet and tobacco industries. At imatch talent, Ada served as Managing Consultant, specializing in recruiting Operations, Marketing, and Sales talent up to the VP level. Previous roles included Director and Senior Consultant focused on executive search in the Internet industry. Earlier, Ada held the position of Associate Director at the Shanghai Tobacco Monopoly Bureau Yangpu branch, overseeing cigarette brand management supervision. With a background as Assistant Head of HR and Marketing at Shanghai Tobacco Group Yangpu Tobacco Sugar & Wine Co. Ltd, Ada managed training and development initiatives.
