Kjetil Njoten has an extensive work experience in the creative field. Kjetil is currently serving as the Global Head of Creative at IMAX since 2022. Additionally, Kjetil has experience in directing commercials for leading clients such as Visa, McDonalds, and Mini Cooper. Kjetil has also served as a Creative Director at Devilfish, leading teams and projects for clients across the UK, US, and Europe.

During their time at 4 Creative, Kjetil wrote and directed award-winning TV campaigns for Channel 4 and external clients. Kjetil has also served as a Producer at MTV UK, Northern & Eastern Europe, where they were responsible for image campaigns and program branding.

At the beginning of their career, Kjetil worked as a promo producer at Viasat Broadcasting.
