Luke Lynes

Luke Lynes has a diverse work experience spanning various industries. Luke began their career as a Hockey Player for the Washington Capitals from 2006 to 2008. In 2008, they briefly worked as a Professional Athlete for the Edmonton Oilers Hockey Club. Luke then transitioned into the business world, starting as an Intern at Merrill Lynch in 2011. From 2010 to 2014, they worked as a Sales Consultant at Sheehy Ford, where they developed strong customer relationships. Luke joined IMAX in 2014 as a Business Analyst, later progressing to roles such as Senior Sales Manager and Director. Currently, they hold the position of Vice President of Projects & Strategic Initiatives at IMAX. Luke's experience includes project management, sales, and strategic planning.

Luke Lynes obtained a Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) degree with a concentration in Finance from the University of New Brunswick in 2013. Luke then pursued a Master's of Management Science degree in Engineering from the University of Waterloo, which they completed in 2014. In 2021, Luke obtained a certification in Applied Business Analytics from the MIT Sloan School of Management.
