Wenxu Song

Wenxu (Vickie) Song has a diverse work experience in the legal field. Wenxu (Vickie) started their career as a Lecturer of Law at Fudan University in 1995 and held this position until 2003. Song then worked as an Associate at Lovells (Now Hogan Lovells) from November 2004 to March 2007. Wenxu (Vickie) subsequently joined Herbert Smith as an Associate from April 2007 to January 2009. After that, Song worked at General Motors China as an Attorney from February 2009 to July 2012. Wenxu (Vickie) then joined IMAX China, where they held the role of Vice President & Senior Legal Counsel from August 2012 to July 2013. Song currently holds the position of Vice President, Legal Affairs at IMAX China, starting from August 2013.

Wenxu (Vickie) Song obtained their Bachelor of Laws (LLB) degree from Fudan University from 1988 to 1992. Wenxu (Vickie) then pursued a Master's degree of law at Fudan University from 1992 to 1995. Later, they attended The University of Hong Kong from 1997 to 2000 to study Common Law. Finally, in 2003-2004, they completed an LLM degree in Corporate Law at New York University.
