Ankit Agarwal

Ankit Agarwal is the CEO, Co-Founder, and Board Member at Imbed Biosciences. Ankit was previously a scientist at the University of Wisconsin-Madison, where they worked on an experimental design for a translational wound-healing research project. Ankit has also worked as a Graduate Research Assistant at Iowa State University, where they developed novel stimuli-sensitive copolymers for non-viral gene therapy against cancer. In addition to their work in the United States, Ankit has also interned at the University of Paul Sabatier in France and Ranbaxy Laboratories Ltd in India.

Ankit Agarwal received their B.Tech and M.Tech. in Biochemical Engineering and Biotechnology from the Indian Institute of Technology, Delhi. Ankit then went on to earn their PhD in Chemical and Biological Engineering from Iowa State University. Currently, they are a Postdoctoral Fellow in Chemical and Biological Engineering at the University of Wisconsin-Madison.
