Rogelio Rodriguez

Rogelio Rodriguez is an accomplished engineering and sustainability leader with over 15 years of experience, currently serving as the Head of Engineering, R&D and Sustainability at Imbera Cooling since August 2010. In this role, Rogelio has successfully implemented over 200 new SKUs and smart vending technologies, driving significant sales growth and sustainability initiatives aligned with SBTi commitments. Previous positions include leading R&D at Imbera, managing projects for UL and NSF certifications, and internships at Bang & Olufsen and GE. Rogelio holds multiple advanced degrees in Global Innovation Management and Mechanical Engineering, complemented by certifications in project management and a private pilot license.
