Anita Gonzalez is a seasoned project management professional with extensive experience in the food and beverage industry. Currently serving as a Senior Project Manager at Imbibe since March 2021, Anita excels in client services, project administration, and cross-functional collaboration to enhance customer experience and ensure project deliverables are met. Prior to this role, Anita was a Project Manager at Sokol and Company, where project coordination and resource estimation were key responsibilities. As Research and Development Manager at CoreFX Ingredients LLC, Anita led product development projects and supported R&D teams in achieving project timelines. Anita's career began as an Application Technologist at Sensient Technologies Corporation, followed by a position as Lab Technician at FONA International. Anita holds a Bachelor of Science in Food Science from the University of Illinois Urbana-Champaign.
