Nic Seo

Nic Seo is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in product management and talent development. Currently serving as Head of Product Experience at Imbue since April 2022, Nic focuses on harnessing the potential of AI to enhance user experiences. Previously, Nic held the position of Head of Talent at Ribbon Health, where responsibilities included establishing a comprehensive recruiting function and scaling the team significantly. As the founder of Mercury Constant, Nic supported early-stage startups in building effective recruiting systems. Additional roles include Product Lead at Apollo GraphQL, where Nic oversaw significant product enhancements, and various positions at IBM and MIT's CSAIL, solidifying a strong foundation in technology and design. Nic holds a Bachelor of Science in Computer Science and Molecular Biology from the Massachusetts Institute of Technology and a Certificate in Visual Design from General Assembly.
