Suzanne Trainer DipM MCIM has over 20 years of professional experience in the marketing industry. Suzanne began their career in 1998 as an Assistant Product Manager at Eschmann Equipment. Suzanne then moved to Royal & Sun Alliance as a Press Consultant in 2000. In 2001, they became a Marketing Manager at FX Corporation, where they created, developed and executed innovative retail promotions. From 2004 to 2007, they were Head of Marketing at Currencies Direct, where they developed and implemented strategic marketing strategies and campaigns worldwide. Suzanne then moved to Homewise Ltd as Head of Marketing from 2007 to 2009. In 2009, they became Head of Digital Marketing at Calico - Creative | Print | Marketing, where they developed integrated marketing and promotions plans for key accounts. From 2010 to 2020, they were a Digital Marketing Consultant at Jelly Digital Marketing, where they were highly commended in the Adur & Worthing Business Awards 2015. Suzanne then became Head of Marketing at Beacon from 2020 to 2022. Currently, they are the Head Of Marketing at Imburse.

Suzanne Trainer DipM MCIM has an extensive educational background in marketing. Suzanne completed a BA (HONS) Business Admin HND top-up (Marketing based) at the University of Brighton between 1996 and 1998. Suzanne then obtained a Business Studies BTEC HND at the University of Greenwich between 1994 and 1996. Prior to this, they completed A Levels at Sir George Monoux 6th Form College between 1992 and 1994. Suzanne also holds a CIM Postgraduate Diploma in Marketing (DipM) from Northbrook, which they obtained between 1997 and 1999. Most recently, Suzanne obtained a CAM Diploma in Digital Marketing from Oxford College of Marketing between 2014 and 2015. Additionally, Suzanne holds several certifications, including Advanced Google Analytics from Google (2020), Social Marketing Certification from Hootsuite Media Inc. (2016), HubSpot Marketing Software from HubSpot Academy (2022), Email Marketing Certified from HubSpot (2020), Content Marketing from HubSpot (2020), SEO Fundamentals from SEMrush (2020), and Google Ads Certification from Google (2019).
