Özgür Güngör

Özgür Güngör has a diverse work experience spanning over a decade. Özgür started their career as a student/intern at BMW in 2011 and later pursued their Master's Thesis at the same company. In 2012, they joined ESG Automotive as a Junior Electrical Engineer in E-Mobility.

At ESG Elektroniksystem- und Logistik-GmbH, Özgür held multiple roles from 2012 onwards. Özgür initially worked as a System Engineer, contributing to the integration of new charging functions for hybrid and electrical vehicles under contract from BMW AG. Later, they transitioned to the role of a Software Test Engineer, testing the automatic transmission software and hardware (ECU) of BMW vehicles using fully automated software developed in Python and ECU-Test.

In 2021, Özgür joined imbus as a Software Test Engineer.

Özgür Güngör completed their Bachelor of Science (B.Sc.) degree in Electrical and Electronics Engineering at Atılım Üniversitesi from 2004 to 2009. Özgür then pursued a Master's degree in Electrical and Electronics Engineering at the University of Applied Sciences Rosenheim from 2010 to 2012.

In addition to their formal education, Özgür Güngör has obtained several certifications. In 2022, they obtained the Certified Tester Foundation Level (CTFL) certification from ISTQB® - International Software Testing Qualifications Board. In 2020, they completed various courses from Dataquest.io, including APIs and Web Scraping in Python Course, Data Cleaning Project Walkthrough Course, Data Cleaning and Analysis Course, Data Cleaning in Python: Advanced Course, Python for Data Science: Intermediate Course, and Storytelling Through Data Visualization Course.
