Gaurav K. started their career in 2006 at Goldman Sachs as a Senior Analyst, where they focused on structuring and pricing derivatives. Gaurav then joined Dream A Dream in 2007 as a Volunteer and Coordinator, teaching employability skills to young children. In 2008, they became a Manager (Senior Associate) at Morgan Stanley. That same year, they also started volunteering at CRY, where they worked to improve the public education system in Mumbai.
