Jiarui Cao

Jiarui (Jerry) Cao is an emerging professional in quantitative trading and technology, currently serving as an Incoming Graduate Quant Trader at IMC Trading since June 2024. Jiarui's experience includes a Quant Trading Internship focused on equity options systematic market making, and a Project Manager role at the Northwestern Fintech Club, where responsibilities included desk development and market making. Previous roles also include a Full Stack Engineer at Skuy App, and an internship at Global AI, developing predictive models and alternative data strategies. Jiarui has held various roles in student organizations, including the Vice President of Administration & Development at the Northwestern Chinese International Student Association and positions within the Northwestern University Investment Management Group. Jiarui is pursuing a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science and Mathematics at Northwestern University, with earlier education at the University of Chicago and BASIS International School Shenzhen.
