Nicholas Josephs

Nicholas Josephs is an experienced professional in the trading and risk management sectors, currently serving as the Index Manual Vol Team Lead at IMC Trading since August 2012. In this role, Nicholas creates and implements strategies for manually moving valuations within index products and develops tools to identify market triggers. Prior to this, Nicholas held positions such as Index Broker Team Lead and Index Broker Trader at IMC Trading, where responsibilities included managing onboarding processes for new broker traders and executing trades across various exchanges. Previous experience includes trading and risk management at Kane Asset Management, LLC, as well as a role as an options trader and risk manager at Cygnus Atratus, where Nicholas contributed to team-oriented trading strategies and communication networks. Nicholas began the professional journey with internships at Morgan Stanley and Enterprise Rent-A-Car after earning a degree in Finance from the University of Iowa in 2007.
