Sebastiaan Admiraal

Sebastiaan Admiraal has a strong background in tax and finance, with over 20 years of experience in various roles. Sebastiaan began their career at PwC as a Tax Consultant, where they worked from 1995 until 1999. After that, they joined Philips as an International Tax Manager for the Domestic Appliances & Personal Care Division, where they handled transfer pricing, joint-venture structures, business re-structuring, and mergers & acquisitions. In 2003, Admiraal moved to Liberty Global as an International Tax Manager, responsible for the tax position of the Dutch group companies and pan-European Transfer Pricing. Their most recent position was with IMC BV, where they served as the Tax Director and Global Head of Tax. Throughout their career, Admiraal has gained expertise in M&A, business restructuring, transfer pricing, and tax reporting.

Sebastiaan Admiraal completed their education with a Master's degree in Tax law from the University of Amsterdam in the years 1995 to 1998. Prior to that, they pursued a Master's degree in Company and Civil law from the University of Groningen during the period of 1987 to 1994.
