Taylor Shea

Taylor Shea is an experienced HR professional currently serving as an HR Business Partner at IMC Trading since January 2024. Prior to this role, Taylor held the position of Early Careers People Lead at Citadel from April 2021 to December 2023. Earlier experience includes serving as an HR Business Advisor at Deutsche Bank from November 2015 to February 2021, and as Campus Recruiting at Morgan Stanley from July 2013 to October 2015.
