Giulia Bedini

Giulia Bedini earned a degree in Chemical Science in 2012 and began a professional journey in the specialty chemicals distribution industry, initially serving as a Sales Manager and later as a Market Manager. From 2012 to 2017, Giulia worked as a Product Manager and Technical Sales Representative at Biesterfeld Polybass Spa. In January 2020, Giulia transitioned to the Human Resources department, where they now lead the HR department at IMCD Italia, successfully combining insights from their commercial background and a strong focus on organizational support. Giulia's experiences in motherhood have further enhanced their resilience and organizational skills, aiding in fostering strong workplace relationships.
