Alem Truneh

Alem Truneh is a seasoned biopharmaceutical professional with extensive experience in leadership roles across multiple companies in the industry. Alem co-founded Imcheck Therapeutics in March 2015, serving as both Co-Founder & Advisor and Co-Founder & Chief Technology Officer, while also holding a board member position. Sustaining a parallel path, Alem has been a co-founder and Chief Scientific Officer at NKT Therapeutics Inc. since January 2008. Previous roles include co-founding and leading Synaptex, Inc. as CEO from 2011 to 2014, and serving as Senior Vice President of Research & Preclinical Development at TolerRx, Inc. in 2005. Alem has also contributed as Vice President of R&D at Antigenics from 2001 to 2004 and held various positions at GlaxoSmithKline from 1984 to 2001.
