Maëlle MAIRESSE MIQUEU's work experience begins in 2013 as a Research Intern at the Centre de Recherches des Cordeliers, where they studied immune cells and their activation. Maëlle then moved on to the Centre de Recherche en Cancérologie de Marseille in 2014 as a Junior Researcher, focusing on the study of LAP proteins and their role in tumor progression. In 2015, they joined Pierre Fabre as a Junior Researcher in Research and Development, where they developed methods and tools to evaluate lymphocyte populations in non-human primates. Maëlle also conducted immune checkpoint analysis. From 2016 to 2021, Maelle worked at AstraZeneca as an Immunotoxicology Senior Scientist. Their most recent position is Associate Project Lead at Imcheck Therapeutics since 2021.

Maëlle MAIRESSE MIQUEU completed their Bachelor's degree in Biology, General at Université de Bordeaux from 2011 to 2012. Following that, they pursued a Master's degree in Pharmaceutical Sciences, Bioinformatics, Biomaterials, and Biomechanics at Institut Supérieur des Biosciences de Paris from 2012 to 2015.
