Stéphane Blard

Stéphane Blard is the founder of ValueQuest, a consulting firm established in January 2016 that assists financial institutions with growth, digital transformation, regulatory compliance, operational efficiency, and change programs. Under the motto "Quest for Value," Stéphane emphasizes creating value for clients, enhancing project value, and embodying strong values within the organization. Since May 2018, ValueQuest has been part of the IMCN network, which focuses on delivering competitive strategy consulting services to international clients. Prior experience includes roles as Senior Partner at Kea&Partners, Principal at Roland Berger and The Boston Consulting Group, Head of Department at Atos, Manager at SV&GM, and Senior Consultant at Bossard Consultants. Stéphane holds a Master's degree in Economics from École Polytechnique and a background in Mathematics and Physics from Lycée du Parc.
