Göran Folkesson

Göran Folkesson has extensive work experience in various leadership roles. Göran began their career at EHPT/Ericsson, where they held consultative, sales, and business development management positions from 1995 to 2000. Göran then joined Consultancy s.a.r.l France as the Managing Director from 2000 to 2006. In 2007, they became the Director of Sales and Marketing at ProTechT Solutions SA. From 2008 to 2013, Göran worked as the Director at Telcordia Technologies (Now Ericsson). Finally, they joined IMD business school in 2013 and served as the Director of Client and Market Development and Director of Custom Program Solutions until 2019.

Göran Folkesson has a diverse education history. Göran attended IMD, although the start and end years are unknown, where they obtained additional certifications such as the Digital Strategy, Analytics & AI Program in 2023. Göran pursued an MBA at the University of North Texas from 1990 to 1992, specializing in Business, Finance, and Marketing. Recently, in 2020 and 2021, they participated in the International Learning and Development Masterclass at Nyenrode Business University and the International Masters Program in Human Resources Development at IE Business School. Additionally, Göran obtained the High Performance Leadership (HPL) certification from IMD Business School in 2018 and the Scotwork Advancing Negotiation Skills certification from Scotwork (obtained year unknown).
