Graham Cox

Graham Cox is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in leadership development, learning design, and organizational consulting. Currently serving as Associate Director of Custom Program Development at IMD since August 2023, Graham previously held the role of Manager of Learning Design and Customer Success at CapitaLand, where program delivery and client relationship management were key responsibilities. As Regional Principal Consultant for Leadership Advisory at Lincoln from July 2021 to January 2023, Graham led significant business growth through tailored leadership training and assessments. Additional previous roles include Director of Courses at 1000Steps, Manager at Vaughan Govier, and co-founder of Insi9ht Consultancy.
