Shinya Yamamoto

Shinya Yamamoto is the Founder and CEO of HR Fabula Co., Ltd., a management consulting firm specializing in Organization Development and Human Resources Management, particularly aimed at enhancing Japanese HR for global competitiveness. With extensive academic involvement, Shinya serves as an Adjunct Professor at multiple institutions, including Hitotsubashi University, 筑波大学, Ritsumeikan Asia Pacific University, and Sophia University. Additionally, Shinya holds the position of Learning Manager and Executive Coach at IMD Business School and represents Japan for VDB Loi. Previously, Shinya was a Partner at PricewaterhouseCoopers, leading the People & Change Consulting Group. Shinya's educational background includes an MBA from the University of Illinois Urbana-Champaign and a BS in Engineering from Keio University.
