Osama Othman

Osama Othman is an experienced professional in facilities management and operations, currently serving as General Manager at Imdaad Group since March 2023. Prior to this role, Osama held the position of General Manager at EFS Facilities Services Group from February 2019 to March 2023 and co-founded MARSHAL, contributing from 2000 to 2019. Osama's expertise also includes a tenure as Development Manager and Head of FM Operation at Kharafi National from 2002 to 2012. Osama holds an MBA from Heriot-Watt University and a Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering from the Faculty of Engineering, complemented by the Facilities Management Professional (FMP) certification from IFMA.
