Florence Rubat-Ciagnus

Florence RUBAT-CIAGNUS is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in project management and human resources. Currently serving as Animation Communauté Mentorat Entrepreneurial at IME - Le mentorat pour la croissance since November 2019, Florence also holds the position of Chef de Projets at PARIS SEINE NORMANDIE since October 2017. Previously, Florence was Chargée de mission Smart City at Chambre de commerce et d’industrie de région Paris Ile-de-France from 2016 to November 2019 and Global Human Resources Manager at ESCP Business School from 2014 to 2016. Additional roles include Responsable de Boulogne CCI Hauts de Seine, Responsable service des ressources humaines, and Consultante DRH at CCI Paris IdF from 2005 to 2014, as well as Human Resources Staffing at GE Capital from 2003 to 2005. Florence holds a Master’s Degree in Human Resources Management/Personnel Administration from CELSA Paris-Sorbonne and has furthered education at ISTEC - Ecole Supérieure de Commerce et de Marketing.
